Payments online are taken by Protx Payments through our showroom are taken via American Express, Visa, Master Card, Switch or Solo. Cheque's accepted. All goods require to be paid for in full when placing your order.
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 / Returns since 31 October 2000 UK. Consumers now have the right to cancel their order within a "cooling off period" which lasts 7 days from the day after taking delivery. Cancellation must be either sent via facsimile, email or letter and sent to the address as listed on the "About Us Page" of our site. If you cancel your order under these provisions then you will be responsible for returning the goods to us in good condition or alternatively you will be responsible for our cost in recovering the goods, you must make sure the goods remain undamaged, unused and in their original packaging. The delivery of goods to you is a separate contract for the services and is not covered by the cooling off period; therefore any refund made will not include the cost of delivery of the goods to you.

Shipping And Handling Shipping and Handling Orders can only be supplied to UK mainland addresses.
Scotland Deliveries. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver the larger items such as shower doors and enclosures or baths to Scotland. Please contact us if you require further information regarding deliveries. Palletised deliveries are available at extra cost.
Deliveries are made to the nearest hard road point and for the avoidance of doubt we are only insured and required to deliver the goods to your delivery address and not bring them into a property or install them.
We will deliver to your delivery address where possible provided that the property is situated on a hard road point.
Where your order may consist of heavy or bulky products assistance must be available or we will not be in a position to offload the goods and we will charge you a fee of 10% of the price of your order for re-delivery.
Where the goods can be offloaded by the driver with no assistance and you have requested that the goods are left at your property then the goods will be left at the property at your own risk.
Do not arrange for installation of the goods until they have been delivered and checked for correctness, damage and shortages by you.
Upon delivery of a product you should carefully inspect the goods. If any goods are damaged or lost, please contact us to inform us of the problem and do not use the goods.

Delivery Schedule Deliveries are Free of Charge on orders over £100.00
Bathroom items are usually delivered within 7-10 working days.
Delivery Schedule Unfortunately due to the nature of most of the products on our site, we have found to our expense that normal couriers will not insure our products and most of the time failed to arrive in one piece. For this reason we are now using our own vehicles.
We deliver to certain areas of the UK on certain days. This is not a 'Next Day Courier Service'
Unfortunately we can no longer deliver the larger, heavier goods (shower enclosures and baths etc) to Scotland. Please contact us for delivery arrangements for Scotland. If any orders are placed for items unable to be sent, customers will be notified and refunded.
On receiving your order we will contact you to arrange a delivery date. If you order a product that cannot be delivered in the times shown, we will contact you to let you know and give you the opportunity to cancel your order.
Do not arrange a plumber or other tradesmen until after your goods have arrived and been checked. Diamond Bathrooms Ltd will not be liable for any fitting charges incurred by fitting faulty or defective items.
Any damage should be notified to us within 24hrs of receipt of the goods. Heavy items may require assistance for the driver to off load. Your help with this would be appreciated. We would strongly advise against booking any tradesmen for installing until you are in possession of the product, and you have checked for damage, shortages and correctness. No liability is accepted in respect of late deliveries. All goods are inspected prior to being despatched. Any damage or shortages should be notified to us within twenty four hours of delivery.

Returns Policy Returns Policy - Faulty Goods We will refund the cost of the goods and delivery charge, please contact us on 01384 484454 to arrange for the faulty product to be collected. All returns will be checked or tested and if the item proves not to be faulty when checked then only the product value will be refunded. You will be charged the actual cost of the delivery and the collection. Card charges may also be taken out of the refund and the original purchase price Normally this is 2.25%
Checking Your Product For Damage You agree to open all boxes and thoroughly check the goods for damage on the day of delivery and notify us of any damage within 24 hours of the delivery. If we are not notified of any damage within 24 hours we are unable to claim from either the manufacturer or our carrier. You agree to indemnify us for any losses we suffer as a result or your failure to notify us within 7 days.
Returns Policy - Product Supplied is Not Suitable If the product supplied is found to be not suitable when you receive it you can return it at any time within 21 (twenty one) days for a replacement of equivalent value or a credit against any product of a higher value. (this does not include any special order or orders for products not listed on our web site) If you cannot find a product you would like to exchange the product for we will refund you the product less the actual cost of delivery and collection and a 10% re-stocking charge. Your refund will be processed once the monthly invoice from our carriers has been received and the actual delivery cost can be identified. Please note that if you are returning the product within 7 days in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations then no re-stocking charge will be made.
It is your responsibility to ensure that return goods reach us in perfect and re-saleable condition in the original undamaged boxing. They should be well packed and sent to our address in the "About Us" section. |
