The Stylish Alternative To Tiles

Unlike tiles, shower panels have no grout lines to discolour, they are easy to install, they will look good for years and are easy to keep clean.
Although more expensive than tiles, the installation time to install a shower can be cut dramatically. No waiting for tile adhesive and grout to go off before any drilling or fitting in fear of cracking tiles. Ceramic tiles in a shower enclosure can be difficult to keep clean, water can penitrate through cracked or pourous grout lines effecting the adhesion of the surounding tiles. Shower Panels can be glued directly to plastered walls, existing tiles or onto battens.
Diamond Bathrooms retail four ranges of Shower Panels, Wetwall, Showerwall and Hydropanel. All three are similar in so much as they are all around 10mm thick boards covered with wipe-clean, plastic laminate. Each have there own internal and external profiles and jointing or end profiles. The Mermaid range offers a larger range of finishes and in most cases colour match profiles. Because of this Mermaid tends to be a bit more expensive.
