A Quick Guide to Placing Order For Discontinued Colours

If possible, try to find the Manufacturer of the broken item. On some products this can be found printed into the glazed surface, or quite often stamped into the underside of the cistern lid or basin. Unfortunately a lot of manufacturers left their products unbranded.

We also need to know the design of the damaged item in the case of a toilet for example, there are usually three common types (a) Low-Level (b) Close-Coupled and (c) Syphonic, syphonic toilets have a double trap and an Air Extractor fitted to the outlet of the syphon (additional £12.00). We also need to know whether the water feed to the cistern is side (SISO)or bottom entry (BIBO).
In the case of basins or vanity basin we need to know how many tap holes the basin has, one, two or three.

Some colours are no longer produced, but may be available as a Refire.
A Refire is where a standard white peice of pottery is reglazed in the new colour.
Additionally, some discontinued floral designs are still available,
