Delivery Details

The larger and breakable items such as pottery, shower enclosures, baths and wall panels are normally sent on our own transport and should normally arrive with you in around 7 to 10 working days. With the heavier products we do expect the customer to help our driver unload. Please do not expect him to carry heavy items up stairs.

Smaller and Unbreakable Items such as brassware (taps/showers) or toilet seats are sent with Interlink and should arrive with you in around 5 to 7 working days after placing the order. They will deliver the parcel. If you're not in when they come, they'll try to deliver it a second time and let you know when, if you miss the second delivery you can pick it up from your nearest depot.

Delivery times may vary depending upon the order. As it is impossible for us to carry all the products that we sell in stock, most products will have to be ordered from the manufacturer or supplier. Some goods may be temporarily unavailable or due to the fragile nature of many bathroom products may arrive to us broken, damaged or defective. Where ever possible we endeavour to inspect your order prior to despatch, thus vastly reducing the possibility of you receiving damaged or faulty goods. Most of our deliveries are made using our own transport, again vastly reducing the chance of any delivery damage.

We may take a bit longer than others,
but at least it gets there in one piece.

In the unlikely event of you receiving damage or faulty goods we strongly advise that you do not book plumbers until your goods have arrived and have been checked, we are not liable for any plumbers costs or compensation.
Please examine all goods on delivery or within 24hrs. Damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
Claims for damaged goods can not be accepted once the goods have been installed or used.
