Object:-
To remove existing suite and tiles, making good
defective plasterwork. To fit quadrant shower
cubicle in place of bath and fit built in furniture
with semi recessed basin and back to wall wc.
To fully tile walls and floor, fit low voltage
sunken spot lights with dimmer and install
chrome vertical radiator/towel warmer and
made to measure airing cupboard doors.
