Bathroom 20 Before Photo shows typical Mucklow style bathroom prior to commencing work. Due to the sloping ceilings and window / door positions in the Mucklow Home the fitting of a shower cubicle can be difficult. On this bathroom the room had previously been extended into the side loft space and the airing cupboard had been removed.

Bathroom 20 Before Photo shows position of bath prior to refitting. Bathroom had been extended out into side loft at the time of fitting this suite and the original airing cupboard had also been removed.
Bathroom 20 After Photo shows position of new offset corner bath set slghtly further forward than original bath to give more headroom. This was achieved by constructing a box and fixing work surface to match that fitted to the units. The original wooden beams were boxed over and down lighters fitted.
Bathroom 20 After Photo shows "D" shaped Image Allure shower cubicle after fitting. The shower tray was fitted on a plinth to enable the waste to drain away. Even after lifting the tray up, the opening shower doors still misses the box section of the sloping ceiling.
