Bathroom 19 Before

Object:-
To remove existing suite and tiles along with boxwork to rear of basin and w.c. To replaster top half of walls to decorating finish and remove Artex on ceiling.
To instal new suite with Vanity Hall range of Maple furniture. To fully tile shower area and half tile rest and tile floor.
To fit low voltage down lights and fit accessories.

Bathroom 19 During

Photo shows bathroom after removal of tiles and most of the boxwork to rear of the basin and w.c. The front of the boxwork was left to support basin and w.c. so as to retain usage as long as possible.

Photo shows bathroom after re-plastering of top half of walls ready for tiling and installing suite.

Due to the room being only 1730mm wide it was necessary to fit a 500mm w.c. unit, 500mm basin unit with a 700mm wide bath.
