Object:-
To remove existing airing cupboard, suite and tiles. To dry-line walls and create box section on all four walls to ceiling, lower ceiling level and plaster.
To fully tile shower area and half tile rest. Fitting low voltage lights in boxing and low voltage eye ball lights in ceiling.
To fit offset corner bath, shower cubicle and basin in new positions, with mirror above basin.
