Object:-
To remove existing master bathroom suite
and seperate wc suite, take down existing
dividing walls, remove existing chipboard
flooring and replace with new tongue and
groove. Construct new studded walls to form
new bedoom with en-suite and new bathroom.
Photo shows wc prior to converting into new
bathroom.

bathroom. The existing plasterwork was
found to be perished, necessatating in its
removal.
New tongue and groove floor boards now
replace the old perished chipboard.
