Object:-
To remove existing suite and tiles, to remove existing shower cubicle and studded wall. Dry line all walls and replasterboard ceiling and plaster.
To install fitted furniture including basin, wc, drawer pack, cupboard and tissue dispenser unit. To fit shower bath with thermostatic shower valve, low voltage eyeball lights and mirror with lights.
To install extractor and fit new radiator, fully tile shower area and half tile rest and fully tile floor.
