Object:-
To remove existing suite and tiles, take down existing damaged ceiling and replace with new. Dry line walls and replaster whole of room. Fit new suite into new positions, fitting thermostatic shower valve over bath,
To fit bathroom furniture boxing in boiler flue and fitting boxing to sides of boiler to take matching door.
To fully tile bath shower area and half tile rest, fitting low voltage sunken spot lights to ceiling and boxwork.
