Object:-
To take out existing hot water cylinder and cold tank and resite into loft space. To remove existing suite, tiles on concrete and airing cupboard. Replaster walls and ceiling, fitting low voltage eyeball spot lights.
Install new suite into new positions including quadrant shower cubicle and off-set corner bath.

Photo shows wc and basin prior to removal. Also shows walls fully tiled, bottom half of tiles are tiled on top of tiles on concrete.
